A welcoming place designed for everyone
The communal areas at Podere Casanova have been designed to create a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. Here you can make use of a playground for the little ones, an open-air lounge and panoramic benches where parents, couples or groups of friends can relax while sipping a glass of our excellent wine, and our olive groves where also our four-legged friends can run free.
Not to mention our infinity pool surrounded by a very large garden with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside. And we also have dear little goats, chickens and our beautiful rooster who can’t wait to be admired.

The history of Podere Casanova
It was the year 2000 and Italy was slowly entering a new technological era. In those years we still didn’t know what Google, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok were. How much has changed since then!
In July 2000 I was only 19, fresh out of high school and had not yet found my place in the world, the only thing I knew was that I loved being with people.
I had always been a girl full of enthusiasm and my father was well aware of this.
In fact, one morning in that hot July he took me, my sisters and my mother to see a farmhouse.
An 18th century farmhouse, divided into five apartments with a garden without even a blade of grass but with a swimming pool. My father, who is a dreamer like me, saw something special in this place and so year after year, with great sacrifices, we began to fix it up, to turn it into the magical place full of charm that it is today.
And that is how Podere Casanova was born… after my children, my greatest project…

”The owner Lisa was wonderful...she cooked great breakfasts, due to an early departure we didn't have time for breakfast on the last day, she herself offered to pack us a snack for the journey ♥️ The view from the pergola was fantastic and so is the pool. Total silence...
