As stated, we offer FREE FLEXIBLE cancellation. You can cancel free of charge:
- Within 3 days during low and mid-season.
- Within 7 days during high season.
Why do we call it “flexible”?
If you need to cancel beyond the indicated deadlines, you can email us at info@podere-casanova.it, including the following details:
- First name
- Last name
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Apartment name
You will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid, which can be used within one year.
A practical example:
If you booked a stay with a check-in date of April 15, 2024, but need to cancel, for example, because your child has a fever, you can reuse the voucher for a future reservation. You could choose a new date, such as August 2024 or 2025, as long as the reservation is made no later than April 15, 2025.
Important note:
- If the new booking amount is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
- If the new booking amount is higher, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Voucher expiration: If no booking is made by April 15, 2025, the voucher will no longer be valid.
Free cancellation is always guaranteed in case of:
- The death of an immediate family member.
- Flight cancellation.
- Hospitalization of you or an immediate family member.
To qualify for free cancellation in these cases, you must provide documentation.

Early or Late Check-In
Early check-in is free but must be requested in advance. However, it is important to note:
- If you wish to arrive, for example, at 10:00 am, you are welcome to do so, but access to the apartment might not be immediate unless it was unoccupied the previous night.
- Once you make your request, we will do our best to complete cleaning and sanitization of the apartment as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can:
- Leave your luggage free of charge.
- Use the swimming pool (subject to season and opening hours).
- Explore the beautiful surroundings of Podere Casanova.
By providing us with your phone number or email, we will notify you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Note on early or late check-in:
Our staff may not always be available at reception. In this case, we will send all the necessary information for key collection and apartment access via email or WhatsApp.

Breakfast
Our breakfast is a special experience, a little indulgence lovingly prepared by myself and my staff.
Why is it special?
- You can enjoy breakfast in your apartment at no extra cost, at your preferred time (between 8:00 am and 10:00 am). We’ll deliver it directly to you.
- Alternatively, you can savor breakfast at reception, where a personally set table awaits you.

- Sweet and savory breakfast options.
- Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available upon request.
Sweet breakfast:
The cakes, cookies, and pancakes are homemade by Lisa. Each treat reflects the authentic flavors of home: simple, wholesome, sometimes imperfect, but always delicious.
Savory breakfast:
Freshly prepared with eggs and local products, served on beautifully decorated plates to nourish your eyes as well.
Why don’t we offer a buffet?
To ensure:
